OUR PROCESS
Initial Assessment
We begin with a thorough assessment of your concern, and listen to how that is impacting your world. From there, we’ll create a personalized plan to support your goals. Relief to ease pain and calm your nervous system, we use hands-on techniques like mobilisation and massage, as well as gentle movement and other tools. You’ll also get simple take-home strategies to continue supporting your recovery between sessions.
Movement & Connection
Your long-term plan is designed just for you. It may include strength work, mobility, stability, breathwork, and coaching awareness practices. The goal is to build resilience and restore balance to the body so you can get back to everything you enjoy.
