WHY KAYLA.

I’m Kayla, a movement-obsessed Holistic Physio, Trainer, Breathwork & Mindset Coach, and unapologetic Change-Maker.
I don’t fit neatly into one box, because you don’t either. I look at your body, mind, and breath from every angle, biomechanical, functional, and energetic to create real, lasting change.

Over the years as a physio I noticed a pattern:
Pain and injury aren’t just physical. They seep into sleep, relationships, work, self-identity, even joy. Most people felt like their body was running the show, and no one was talking about the mental and emotional toll that kept them stuck in painful loops.

That’s why I call myself a Holistic Physio.
I’m here to flip the old approach on its head. It’s not just about “getting rid of pain” it’s about helping you move without limitation by addressing the whole picture: your movement patterns, your nervous system, your thoughts, and the habits that keep you feeling trapped.

I bring a little tongue-in-cheek attitude to keep things real, but the work runs deep.
My goal is to help you build a powerful connection with your own body, find the confidence you thought you’d lost, and learn how to regulate your mind and breath so you can perform, in the gym, at work, and in life, without the constant fight against yourself.

  • All clients will also have private 1:1 messaging access to Kayla from Monday- Friday

  • Integrated modalities for mental and physical healing including breathwork practices, somatic healing, shadow work and more
